Just finished making my first batch of garlic on the charcoal grill!Super simple to use, makes GREAT smoked garlic.It's quite large you probably could do 2 small garlics in there maybe even 3 if u tilted them.I didn't use the silicone holder ~ so cannot speak for that.But this is a great item totally worth the money!Making garlic bread with smoked garlic is a game changer!

This is a wonderful garlic roaster for people who do not want to use aluminum foil. I tried to squeezer initially and wound up with a hot gooey mess. I now just roast in the pot with high heat tolerant avocado oil at 350 F for about 25 minutes.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my partner, who bakes bread and loves cooking with roasted garlic. This garlic roaster works very well: we were able to fit one of the "giant" head of garlic in it and it roasted up perfectly. The end result is a soft, slightly sweet, spreadable garlic that pairs excellently with a crusty toasted bread, some olive oil with Mediterranean herbs, and - for those of us who enjoy this indulgence - a glass of rich red wine. I recommend this as a great gift for the cooks in your life! It's actually useful, and looks cool, too.

Der Knoblauchröster ist nicht billig, jedoch jeden Euro wert. Der Knoblauch wird weich und von einem intensiven Geschmack, jedoch nicht bitter. Dieser Röster ist bei mir bei jedem Grillen dabei!

I love roasted garlic and never had a roasted garlic cooker before, after making this purchase I've now had it every night! It's very sturdy and looks amazing as well. The silicone garlic squeezer is a nice idea but a bit messy to use, but it's fine to just get the garlic out the normal way.
