Very nice CBN wheel. Runs true, and an exceptional grind. I'm using the wheel on a Rikon 8" slow grinder with a Tormek mount system. Once it was setup my chisel sharpening is so easy and sharp.

I wish I had bought this and a variable speed grinder rather than the fixed speed and a white wheel.Really puts the edge on my turning tools without overheating or removing too much material.I bought a speed controller for a few quid and dropped the wheel speed.The "second wheel" is a #60 carborundum which gets a nice edge on the scrapers.

I am using this on a 1/2 HP Rikon low-speed grinder and it works great. At first I thought it was out of round, but when I removed the Rikon washer, the problem went away and it was perfectly centered.I do feel like it is already smoother than it was when I first used it (sides are now rougher than the front) but that's okay. I debated getting a finer grit, and this puts me somewhere in between. I think that's normal for CBN wheels, so I expected it.I've sharpened maybe 10-15 chisels on it, and it's working well.
