There is something really pleasing about a good tap and this is certainly that. It oozes quality in the finish and the lever operation.All fixings are supplied, it should be said this is not shrinking violet, it is a big boy, larger than my kitchen tap but absolutely ideal for places where you want a sink but have a single cold water feed like out buildings or garage conversions.Water heats effectively after a few seconds 10 to 15 in an ambient house. It does take longer when the room is freezing but it’s nice to have hot water literally on tap.Minor criticism is that it has a European plug with adapter. I would suggest wiring into a fused outlet or putting a IK plug on for safety especially where water and electricity are bedfellows so to speak.Nice temperature dial and good all round operation and for roughly the same as an equivalent conventional tap.

DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON - NO AFTER PURCHASE SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR THIS ITEM WHEN IT BREAKS!!I have a good cold water feed pressure, but the tap has a spluttery type output of water like showers do when you make them hotter, the pressure relinquishes. The spray is not adjustable which is a shame as the tap looks great and has good temperature even is pressure dip’s considerably when hot. IT DID NOT WORK AFTER JUST THREE WEEKS. WATER STILL FLOWS BUT NO HEAT OR DISPLAY. MY ELECTRICS ARE CHECKED AND FINE BUT THIS TAP IS NOT. DO NOT BUY.

First purchase was faulty, it gave hot water but display was on error and the alarm sounding when opening hot water, the second purchase appears to be working fine, if it works like it is now, and it does not go crazy like the last one then it will be a satisfactory purchase only time will tell

The tap looked very stylish. But that's the only positive feature. Plumbed it in. Connected the power. Plenty of cold water but no hot water (which is, after all, the point of buying such a tap!). Checked everything several times. No heat. I wish I'd taken note of a another review that said theirs didn't work.

The tap works really well and heats up the cold water passing through quite quickly. The body is white plastic but feels robust, and the temperature indicator on the top is great. Overall it's amazing value for money. It's fitted in out flat where the hot water supply is just a trickle. Teeing off the cold water, this now provides hot water full flow.
