This is exactly what I’ve been needing and looking for. Unfortunately, my golf bag didn’t come with an attached stand. The golf course I practice at took away the stands for some reason on the grass range I practice at. So I had to lay my bag on ground or it would fall over on windy days.This stand works flawlessly and is easily collapsable/portable and is very light in weight. It comes with a nice storage bag also.The size doesn’t take up any space and fits easily in my golf bag. Simply connect the legs, adjust using the adjustable strap, and place your golf bag on top and thats it. If your bag doesn’t come with a stand this is the perfect fix!

Was initially going to send it back but after a lot of trial and error was able to get it stable with my cart bag. You just have to figure out the proper orientation with your particular bag to make it work. Once you do it's fairly easy to repeat. I mainly gave it 3 stars because of the price point. It's too expensive for what it is and the build quality. It's about the same price as a spring loaded kick-stand you can install permanently, but like mine, installation doesn't work on a lot of bags (cart bags) because of the position of straps, pockets etc. It's just OK.

This golf bag stand is made for cart bags for setup at the range or the like. The stand does not stay affixed to the bag. Assembly out of the convenient carrying case is a snap and disassembly for storage is just as easy. The stand is strong enough for the heaviest bags. The disassembled unit fits easily into a side pocket of your bag. The challenge with this stand is getting the right balance of placement on the bag, lean angle, and lower strap length. Configuring those 3 elements takes some time with a fair amount of trial and error. Once you've got that right, the bag simply rests in the top strap and the weight of the bag keeps the stand upright. Because it does not attach to the bag, moving the bag after placing it in the stand is a bit of a chore. All-in-all a good product.
