Sehr gute Spange und unterstützt den betroffenen Muskel. Schmerzen werden somit gut unterdrückt. Absolut vergleichbar mit einer "Bauerfeind" Spange die das Vierfache an Geld kostet.

I was looking for an easy solution to reduce size of the waist line and saw this type of roller wheel on adverts. Not sure how or if it works, I pulled the trigger.So far so good.This one is pretty reasonably priced and so far has been sturdy enough to sustain my 90kg weight. I particularly like the metal centre pole that connects the two arm rests on either side, it's not going to break any time soon.The usage is pretty simple but takes a bit of getting used to. In particular I had to watch some YouTube videos to get my body position right, otherwise I felt my back actually took the most training than abs.All in all, after a few days usage, I think this is a good product. How effective is it? Well it's 20% down to the tool and 80% down to me continuing the training.

This is the easiest thing I've ever put together, no messing about with screws and Allen keys, everything slots together quickly. Really sturdy piece of equipment and easy to use.

Product comes with a timer, but no battery isninstalled. Instructions do not tell you what type of battery is required. Stupid.
