La machine est en matériaux de bonne qualité, simple à utiliser et avec un beau design.Habitués à faire du pain à la machine, nous avons vu la différence avec l'ancienne : même le premier pain fait avec elle était bien levé, la mie aérée, et pour la première fois nous avons eu une vraie croûte dorée. La machine ne fait pas beaucoup de bruit. Les pains suivants ont aussi été parfaits (pain blanc, avec graines, tous d'1kg). Un sans faute pour l'instant!

Meiner Meinung nach ist das Gerät defekt, da es überall dort, wo ich es im Haus oder draußen in der Garage verwende, die elektrische Sicherung abschaltet.

Ich kann kaum glauben dass man 1500g Zutaten verwenden kann. Ich habe 1kg Mehl benutzt und 3. Gärung von Kasten ausgelaufen, mir hat leider keine Spaß gemacht das Geräte sauber zu machen.

Da ich aufgrund meiner Behinderung kaum aus dem Haus komme, habe ich mir diesen Brotbackautomaten gekauft.Die beste Entscheidung, die ich in der letzten Zeit getroffen habe.Samstag Abend stelle ich die Zeit ein, wann das Brot am Sonntag fertig sein soll.Bisher ist mir alles super gelungen.Ich möchte noch testen, wann ich vor dem Backvorgang die Knethaken entfernen kann, am besten vor der zweiten Gehzeit. Ich hoffe dass das Brot sich ohne Knethaken sich leichter entfernen lässt.Ich habe bisher Semmeln (Menü 9), Dampfnudeln (Menü 10) und Brot (Menü 1) gemacht. Einfach nur lecker!

Der Artikel sieht gut aus und bäckt auch das Brot ordentlich.Mich stört dabei jedoch,- die Knethaken stecken jedesmal im Brot und sind raus zu ziehen- die Bräunung auf dunkelster Stufe ist immer noch etwas zu hell- wie in die Backschale 1000g oder gar 1500 g passen sollen, ist für mich nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Bei mir sind 500 g Brotmischung ca 80 - 90% Volumen.Trotzdem macht der Automat einen soliden Eindruck und bietet viele Möglichkeiten, daher 4 Punkte, da dies nur die bisherigen ersten Erkenntnisse sind.

Habe das Gerät erst seit kurzer Zeit und 3 Mal damit gebacken, bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden undkann es nur weiter empfehlen.

This bread maker replaced a Russell Hobbs one that just suddenly stopped working one morning (full of ingredients!) I would class this as mid range as compared with a lot of machines, it was quite expensive. After looking through various reviews of other makes/models I decided on this one, even though it was quite a bit more expensive than the usual brands. I've only had it just under a week and already used it 3 times.On opening the box and the lid of the machine, I noticed a small screw in the bottom of the machine. Both me and my husband couldn't find anywhere where this should have been, so just assume it was left behind accidentally. It certainly hasn't affected the usage of the machine, so I'm not worried about it.The machine, being German made, came with a European plug, but no worries, an adapter for UK is included.Pros:It makes a proper shaped loaf of bread - rectangle not square - 3 sizes 1000g/1250g/1500g sizes so larger than standard breadmakersIt's quietEasy to useSimple panel to select function, weight and size, timer etcWhen mixing, it has a satisfying quality sound to it!Comes with a paddle/hook remover tool and 2 paddles/hooksEasy to clean (so far)Easy to remove the paddles/hooksCons:Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, but worth it!I have so far made 2 wholewheat loaves, one dark crust and one light crust and some dough for a pizza base. The flavour and texture of the loaves was excellent. The dough for the pizza base was so light, it was delicious.*The dough hook remover tool I thought would be a faff, actually makes the process so easy, and also helps to ensure that you don't rip a chunk of bread from the loaf when removing the hook in the usual way, it just leaves a small slit, so you don't feel cheated! This was a selling point for me, as the reviews for other breadmakers all said that the hook gets baked into the bread (just like our last one did) and this I didn't want.There are 2 paddles in this machine which helps with even mixing of ingredients.*As the machine is quite large, I had to halve the recipe for the pizza dough and this still made 2 pizza bases, so one got frozen for next time!I can't fault the machine, it's large but doesn't take up an excessive amount of space. I keep it out on the counter permanently as we use it all the time.I probably won't use the machine for the 15 different things you can make in it, we have standard white and wholewheat and dough, I'm not really into making jam or cakes so won't use this function and probably won't use the timer function either, so can't comment on that.Overall, an excellent machine!

Wir haben den Brotback Automaten jetzt seit einigen Monaten und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Handhabung ist einfach, wenn man die Knethaken etwas einfettet, hat man auch keine Schwierigkeiten sie zu entfernen. Das Brot ist lecker, dank der Einstellungen, kann man selbst entscheiden, welchen Bräunungsgrad das Brot haben soll. Wir haben noch nicht alle Funktionen getestet, aber Brot, Nudelteig, oder einfaches Kneten und gehen lassen ( z.B. Pizzateig) ist perfekt! Was mir auch sehr gut gefällt, ist die Timerfunktion, dass man nachts das Brot backen kann und morgens ein warmes frisches Brot zum Frühstück hat oder andersrum zum Abendbrot. Denke für den Preis hat man ein solides Gerät gekauft. Wie lange es letztendlich hält, weiß man nie, aber bisher macht es einen guten Eindruck.
