My husband does a lot of fishing. He wears out reels fairly quickly. But this particular reel is sturdy, works smoothly.I always keep one on hand in case one brakes, but he's been using this one for 2 years now without and issue. He won't use anything but a Zebco. This is a bit expensive but they finally made one that's worth the $$.

I paired the Bullet with a 9 foot Ugly Stick medium action rod and I can cast just about anywhere I need to. First weekend using it caught a decent small mouth bass. Excellent reel.

i have 4 of the bullet reels. 2 #20 and 2 #30. these reels are awesome, been using them for years, never failed me. caught all kinds of fish from small to big. not to mention that they cast a freakin mile!!i also have 4 omega pros 2 #20 and 2 #30. the omega pros cost a little less than the bullets, but in my opinion, just as good hands down!! i have many other zebco reels from micro all the way up, Never leave home without them when I'm goin fishin!!

So I got this skeptically and tried it out. It is a huge upgrade over the 33s.

I'm not a spincast guy (it's spinning for me), but I bought this as a gift for someone for whom spincast is all they've ever known. I don't know that it's worth $100, but make no mistake, it will be the best spincast reel you've ever laid your hands on.
