If you want to get into sand bag training then these bags are well recommended. Really well made- and I mean high quality. And they come with additional sand bags to go inside.Not the fastest delivery to the UK- it they came from overseas and the total price was a bargain so the time was obviously a part of the deal.Regardless- a great product and we'll recommended.(I bought two sizes- the 20 kg and the 30kg. Out in black. Both well made and ready to join my training programme.Don't look anywhere else!
