My bra size is 28JJ. I have to wear 28J or 30J as the JJ pretty much unavailable.The dimensions of these inside cup inserts are great for large breasts.In my 20s I wore those triangle shapes not realizing that they come in round shapes as well. But did that make any difference? No, because in stores you don't see DD sizes. At least I never do. Let's fast forward to today. I am over 40s and look! Amazon! and they have huge cup inserts! Yes please!I have a nighttime bra and that is where I need the large cup inserts. The small ones, I have to fight with them to stay over the center of the breasts. By morning the inserts are over my head. I don't have to fight with the DD inserts. Yea, all cup inserts move around but at least the super large inserts still cover nips. So always go for an oversize cup insert even if you are small breasted. You have to consider that they do move around with your body movement and in sleep. P.s. back to the too small cup inserts - when I wore the small triangle inserts, I would often have NEAR embarrassing moments at work where if you wear a low-cut shirt, these inserts have been known to "sneak" their way up to the surface, almost falling out of the bra being very noticeable. OR they might go the opposite where they can stuff themselves at the base of the breasts totally not covering up the nips. I don't wear bikinis. Never have. I never thought that the triangle shape was actually meant for triangle shaped bras until recently.Hope this helps from an over 40 woman.

Absolutely love these bra inserts. I purchase some bralettes and removed the original triangular inserts. I replaced those inserts with these round ones (C/D). These allow for better support and fit of my bralettes. Will purchase again.
