Got this cause I have medical issues and when I tried to set it up it comes up as someone else's information have contacted the company but no one has answered back

I have multiple Sclerosis and I am on alot of medication. Knowing if something were to happen to me all they need to do is scan the QR on it and up pops all my medical info. It's brings me some relief.

Overall I like the product. It is good quality both the tag and the color in the engraving. However, and maybe I should have read the entire description but I thought it was going to be about the size of a dog tag and it's about 1/3 that size. But that's ok, as I said I still really like it. The app is functional just a wonky.

Although the chain should be more substantial, this med alert tag fills the bill. Easy set up and very comprehensive information stored on the site and accessible via the QR code.
