le pack ne comprend qu'une seule unité de controle, pas possible faire en meme temps marcher la ceinture et les brassards.pas intéressant vu le prix du pack

So there are some negative reviews in the grand scheme for slendertone products. A good place to start off is this will not work if you have a high body fat %. A simple Google tells you that your abs won't show unless you have 14-20% fat for women, or 6-13% for men. So no, it's not going to give you rock hard abs if you sit on your butt and eat crispsI have been using this for a month now, in combination with calorie tracking, weekly weighing with a digital scales that tracks body fat and other things, and with exercise (rollerblading).I started the blading before getting the slendertone and I'm not going to lie, I was not good. I had very poor control of my general balance and really struggled to keep myself in the right position. Since using the slendertone I've noticed a marked difference in how much core strength I have, which has improved my balance not only blading but in general life. I find sitting up straight easier for longer and my lower back pain has decreased.An interesting side effect has also been that many of my stomach and bowel problems have improved, but whether this is to do with my core muscles improving, the general diet or exercise I couldn't tell you.Using this product is pretty easy, there are tonnes of videos if you struggle. I'm now on programme 5, level 100. It feels like a workout when I use it and sometimes feels problematic to carry on with ordinary tasks while doing it. But I still enjoy it a hell of a lot more than doing crunches or situps. I use for between 30m and 1hr daily, with 1-2 rest days per week.Now my abs. They don't look like an Instagram models. However they are definitely there. I have definition on my upper abs where I carry less fat, they tend to show when I tense. I've been using for 4 weeks and have gone from a 35 inch waist to 31.5. Again, this is likely to be a combination of all the things together.I generally feel stronger in my core and more confident all round, my partner has noticed a difference top.Long story short, if you want to use this, go the whole hog. Don't just use this and nothing else, use it as a combination of keeping fit and healthy. I might get the bottom toner next 🤔 I haven't really used the arms toner much so will update a review if I do.

I was a bit skeptical, but 2.5 months of use have really shown results. I am quite lean, but ATMs needed toning which did not happen through cardio… the use of Slendertone has significantly improved the toning and much reduced the flabbiness! Use it every other day, 2x 20 min…
