This company scams it's customer!!! The product broke after 5 usage but they refuse to take it back or give a refund! Don't use this company!!!!

I have had a number of modern cork screws with varying degrees of success. I tried this one because it had good reviews and I like it. One secret is to make certain the lever goes up slightly the other side of centre as there is a slightly tight spot at the top. By going right over centre, it removes the cork successfully and with much less effort than the Rabbit type units. The foil cutter works well too.
