I order this item over two months ago and marked Black for color...as I have a black saddle. Got a brown bridle. Contacted Amazon to return the item and emphasized BLACK was the color. Then I see where they repeated the order for Brown. Customer service said they changed it to black and the order on line showed black. Today I received the same brown bridle as before. The product is great...the problem is trying to deal with Amazon. Just cancel any order they screw up in the future to get my money back and try to deal directly with the seller.

The sidepull I ordered was the one with the turquoise pattern. The leather is dark brown and not black as stated. However, this is great for me as brown is what I wanted. The sidepull is made of lovely soft leather and fits well. The only thing I had to change was the browband as it was a little too short. My cob does have lots of mane though so that is perhaps why. On the whole it is a lovely, well fitting piece of tack

Great leather. I did have to return it because i bought the wrong size. But otherwise it is a great item, and looked nice
