Montag geliefert, schnell den Rest zusammen gebaut (Räder ran!) und Gestern das erste Mal bespielt. Prinzipiell bin ich kein Freund von blauen Platten. Aber die Farbe ist sehr dunkel gehalten und absolut ohne Spiegeleffekt von Deckenlampen. Somit gibt es keine Unterschiede zu den althergebrachten grünen TT Platten!! Die Oberfläche entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Bälle machen, was sie sollen und das Spiel ist gut kontrollierbar!! Und, Danke an Hermes. Super Job bei der Anlieferung!!

Perfekt angeliefert durch Amazon. Selbst aufgebaut und sofort losgespielt. Keine Beschädigungen oder fehlende Teile. So muss das sein.

Ein qualitativ guter Tischtennis-Tisch, sauber verarbeitet und schnell aufgebaut. Sprungverhalten ist gut. Oberflächenhaltbarkeit wird sich noch zeigen.

I purchased the table during a Thanksgiving deal, eagerly awaiting its arrival for nearly a month. Upon receipt, I promptly began assembling it. Initially, there were no issues until I attempted to slide one half table into panel #8. Unfortunately, the corner of the sliding table was deformed, rendering it impossible to fit into the panel. I reached out to Joola for assistance, and while their customer service was polite, they indicated that the table needed to be replaced. However, they directed me to contact Amazon for the replacement, as they were not responsible for it. Despite seeing that Amazon was still selling the exact same table, they informed me that they could not provide a replacement. Instead, they offered either a full refund or a partial refund if I chose to keep it. Ultimately, I had no choice but to accept the full refund. This experience was disappointing and felt like a waste of time, especially considering there were other appealing options available during Thanksgiving. Nonetheless, it taught me valuable lessons: Firstly, Amazon possessed the stock to replace the item but chose not to do so. Secondly, it raised concerns about either Joola's quality control processes or the reliability of their shipping vendor.

great pong table, easy to assemble and love the sturdiness and simplicity of setting it up and storing it away, if you got it during black Friday like I did, it's unbelievable value, highly recommended

Such a sweet table for a very sweet price! Excellent design. Very simple to put together. Directions to assemble were clear, obvious, and logical. (It does require 2 people to assemble each table side into the frame.)Huge Bonus!!! The table arrived 9 days before the projected delivery date. Delivery guy (Mark) was excellent.I cannot overstate this enough: This company REALLY knows how to package their merchandise! I used to work in the shipping industry, and I gotta tell you, hands down, this is thee best packaging of a very large piece of merchandise I have ever encountered!!!

The box arrived unopened and in good condition, but imagine our disappointment, here on Christmas eve, when we discovered that the table has none of the hardware needed to assemble it, and is additionally missing one of the other parts as well (see photos). Not sure what the kids will wake up to tomorrow morning. Sort of ruins the magic of Christmas morning.I have emailed the manufacturer who is closed through the holiday (seems like you would keep it staffed during your most important retail period?) but I'll update this review depending on how long it takes the them to make it right.Edit: 2 weeks later and no hardware. Will edit further as things develop.Further edit: We eventually received the missing parts and got everything assembled. There is still one outstanding issue, but the overall quality of the table is excellent and we are satisfied with the purchase, even if we had a few hiccups along the way.

Bought a Joola Inside 18 table. Assembly is straightforward, but would say it's a 20-30 min exercise to unbox and assemble, and is best done with a partner. You're only adding the "T" part with wheels (x4)--two brackets on each leg, two bolts/nuts to secure the brackets. The package is heavy (231lbs) and requires at least two people to lift. Once assembled, be sure to have two people lift and flip the table, and set it down like a moon landing. I've seen the reviews where people try to roll the table on its legs to stand it up and the legs break away from the board. I can see how this would happen as the table is heavy, and the legs are just screwed into the MDF. The packaging was effective--rubber corner protectors on al corners, 0.25 inch particle board wrapped in cardboard lined all four sides of the carton and the top/bottom is lined with a thin (like 1-2mm) sheet of pressed board to protect against punctures in the carton.The table had no visible defects and in seems to have an even bounce on both halves. It seems sturdy and should do just fine for recreational play. I originally had the Inside 25 selected for the 1 inch-thick top, but opted for the Inside 18 to reduce the weight (-30lbs) and to be more "practical" for our needs. I don't think one needs the 1" unless you're planning to reach a competitive level. Quite happy with it so far. Be sure to plan at least 3 feet on each side and at least 4ft on either end, especially if you're playing at beyond novice level.Folding the table was easy. However, you can see from my photo of the latch mechanism, there's a little stub of metal that holds this in place. Seems they could have made this a little. larger.This product is made in China, which is not surprising and not a big deal for the price.The only negative with this purchase was that I paid for "any room delivery" service. The description of this service is that it will be delivered to any room inside your home including up to 2 flights of stairs up or down. Well, Amazon sent a single driver with a two-wheel hand truck to perform this task. It is not only unreasonable to expect the driver to do this, but it is also unsafe. The size of the package makes it at least a two person job and the carton even says "mechanical lift required" (see photo). Thankfully the driver was built like a tank and he pushed while I lifted the other end up the stairs--18 steps, two at a time. There was no way he could have done this by himself. And, it's unacceptable that I had to help get it upstairs when I paid for the service. Had it been my wife receiving this delivery, it would have remained in our entry way and unboxed there. To be clear, the driver was professional and courteous. I felt bad for him as most of the packages he had in the truck were two-person lifts (e.g. 70 and 85" television sets).

Perfect table. Set up took about 30 mins with just myself. Really sturdy, fun, well built. I wouldn’t waste $1,000 + on a table when the quality is this good at 550. Buy it
