I bought thisto replace the cord on the small crane/hoist to lift my disability scooter into my landrover disscovery 4, I had contacted most builders of scooter hoist/crane lifters but they all said sorry no one makes one for the discovery 4 due to it having a split tailgate so I modified two different manufacturers cranes so I could just lift it off the floor swing it out of the car then hoist it down to the floor the thing I was not happy about was the cord used on the hoist drum as it was only 4mm and was close to the maximum weight that it could lift so I had made it with a 2 to 1 lift which doubled the maximum that it could lift but it took twice as long to hoist up so with this cord it has a breaking strain of 1200 lbs or 440KG which is much better than the 550 lbs that the 4mm could lift so now i am well inside of the swl (safe working load) that the hoist can lift. I am very happy with this cord it is much better than the standard 4mm para cord that most people use.

Corde de mauvaise qualité. La gaine et l'âme ne sont pas solidaire.J'ai acheté cette corde pour tendre une voile d'ombrage avec des poulies. Ca ne marche pas bien avec les coinceurs et l'allongement de la corde est très important.
