Got this for my 8 year old son who has recently discovered the wizarding world and he loves it! It's super cute to watch him run around the house yelling lines from the movies and pretending he's a student at Hogwarts. Would recommend this one to other fans. :-D

Nothing special with this one, but it'll make a young Harry Potter fan happy. It's quite basic and the quality to be sub-par, but for the price, it's not terrible. Fun toys for the young'ns!

This wand is so much fun! It is simple but my child and I both took turns playing with it! When you flick it it gives a little "spell" noise and you can see a hint of the tinsel that pops out of the wand. The first 20 times you do this you're trying to get it to pop out again, the pictures make it look like it just hangs out, but it is just a flash of tinsel before it pops back in, enough to catch the light and make it look like you've cast a spell. This is fun, cute, lightweight, madewell, and worth buying for any Harry Potter Fan.

Got this Wizarding World - Harry Potter 11-inch Magic Wand for my grandson who is a big Harry Potter Films Fan. This is a simple, basic wand. It does make noise, but its not loud or obnoxious as some children's toys. The sparkle visual effect is silver tinsel that slides (REALLY QUICK) out the end of the wand. If you blink, you will miss the sparkle visual. My guess is to make it almost impossible for kids to pull the silver tinsel out of the wand. As I said, this is a simple, basic wand. My 5 yr old grandson enjoys playing with it. That's the most important thing and any toy that builds that budding imagination is a win for me. Would recommend.

The wand arrives ready to use, but in my opinion at least, doesn't do much of anything. The sparkle end only stays out for a second, I couldn't even get a good look at it. It's very picky about how you wave it in order to get it to make a noise, and the noises were unintelligible, as far as I could tell. I'm a pretty big Harry Potter fan myself, I think I would have recognized any of these noises if they were true to the story, but I didn't.On the plus size, it looks and feels like a Harry Potter wand, so it'd be good for a Halloween costume.
