Das flexible Magnet-Datenkartenhalter-Kit enthält 25 vorgeschnittene Magnetkartenhalter und 35 vorgeschnittene Datenkarten. Der flexible Magnet hat einen "C"-Kanal zum Einstecken einer Karte und lässt sich an flachen oder leicht gewölbten Stahloberflächen befestigen. Jeder Magnetkartenhalter misst 3,125 x 5 x 0,125 Zoll (H x B x T) und bietet Platz für eine 7,6 x 12,7 cm Datenkarte mit einer Dicke von bis zu 1/32 Zoll. Das magnetische Material hält Temperaturen von -15 bis +160 Grad F stand.
Flexible Magnete können für eine Reihe von Anwendungen leicht geschnitten und geformt werden. Sie werden hergestellt, indem pulverisiertes Eisen oder Ferrit mit einem Gummi- oder Kunststoffbindemittel gemischt und dann in die gewünschte Form extrudiert oder gerollt wird. Flexible Magnete können eine selbstklebende Rückseite haben und mit einer bedruckbaren Vinylbeschichtung laminiert werden. Flexible Magnete werden typischerweise mit mehreren Polen auf einer Oberfläche magnetisiert, um eine stärkere Haltekraft zu erzeugen. Hochenergetische flexible Magnete können manchmal anstelle von keramischen Materialien verwendet werden, wenn enge Toleranzen nicht erforderlich sind. Der Auftragstemperaturbereich wird durch Bindemittelmaterialeigenschaften bestimmt.

These are pretty good. I can’t give them 5 stars because the magnet isn’t very powerful. If you purchase heavy duty Husky shelving units from Home Depot, just know that this label is a hair too big for them. I was hoping that the magnet would be powerful enough to withstand a slight bump but it falls off relatively easily when tugged on so we aren’t sure if we can use them for our commercial store. Otherwise, the labels are crisp and seem to hold up well inside the magnet. Also note that if you don’t have a printer with a narrow front feeder, you won’t be able to print these. While they are perforated, there is no reason for it as they are already separated from each other.

I bought these because I wanted to be able to easily change out labels on a metal wall we mount things to. I like that I can print new labels without having to buy labels (though you can buy new labels).Work well. Note that they will come a little bent because they are shipped in a stack. This adds a bit of a curve to them which makes it difficult to stick initially. However if you separate them and leave them flat they go to the correct shape quickly. The whole holder is a flexible magnet so once it gets flat enough to stick they seem to hold well. Not all of them needed it, just the ones with the largest curve.Just something to keep in mind if you need them. Plan some time to flatten them.

The Flexible Magnet Card Holder Kits are easy to use to place contents labels on file draws or any steel magnetic surface. The size that I purchased accepts standard 3 x 5 cards. The card just slides into grooves at the tops and bottom of the card holder. You can list the contents of the drawer of cabinet on the card for ease in finding things that you have stored away. In addition, it is easy to revise your contents list at any time to reflect a reorganization of the stored contents. I first purchased these at work to label things in my office and lab. The present purchase was for my home office. The Magnet Card Holders also come in other sizes, for example, those for 1 inch wide cards.
