I installed these on some larger flat pedals and they worked. They are adjustable and have a double velcro strap that really holds on. The double flap is tough and adds safety. They hold their shape pretty well allowing for easy use. I can slip my foot in and out no problems.

It took a little bit of work to figure out a way to make these straps work with my pedals. I finally figured out a way to make them work. The two thin straps give you options and the Velcro is strong and sturdy sandwiched in between 2 layers of Velcro. They are nice quality and I think they will work for me while I prepare to have click in pedals and proper riding shoes. These are an intermediate thing for me. I want to practice taking my feet out of something more restrictive than just pulling them off the pedals like I do now.I had some surgery recently and won’t be able to ride for a bit. I will add to this review when I do get to put them to use.
