I honestly think I have a laptop computer that weighs more than this stool, yet this stool is extremely sturdy and will support a lot of weight, no joke!!! I don't remotely come close to the weight limit, but am disabled and often "land" a bit harder on items that don't have armrests. I cannot stand too long so when I was looking at a house I brought that along so I could sit without carrying a bulky chair. This folds so slim you could tuck it behind almost anything.It would be great for all kinds of purposes. I don't know how well it would work if you were using it on grass (as a seat) since it does have four points to the legs and you will likely sink in, but on any solid surface this thing can go all day long!It's also come in quite handy as a side table - in that circumstance I would say it would be absolutely fine on grass.I can't tell you how many compliments I've received on this and how many times I've had to link it to others. You'd swear I worked for the company I show it so much!

Okay we ordered these to use during long lines at a convention, and they are super sturdy and easy to carry around (very light). They were a god send,. To be fair it is hard plastic after so long, it's a toss up of if you want your old knees to hurt vs the tail bone. And hubby and I are both 300lbs + no issue with it not holding our weight. And everyone in line with us was super jealous and I got you a few orders :) I would recommend a cushion for extended use, after a 12 hrs day relying on this stool for breaks, it hurts the butt. A lot.

This stool is solid and definitely holds the weight it promises. I bought it for my bathroom to use while I trim and shape my beard. It holds me just fine and when I started with it, I was 512lbs. and its held up great! Wish I had two more!

We own a food truck. When we need a rest off of our feet, this is our go to. It's so easy to store literally anywhere in our small space. I need another one! It brings me no worries to sit on it. And have witnessed 270lbs on it, no problem.
