I gave these 4 stars because they aren't solid. If you are using these on a standard two post lift, I would rate these at 5 starts. I don't own a two post lift so I'm using these on a 3 ton floor jack and a hydraulic full size scissors jack which I prefer to use solid rubber pads. Having said that these still work ok, but I'm not sure how long they will last as they distort because they have a hollow back which would be filled with metal on a standard two post lift.

I bought this lifting pad to go with my harbor freight floor jack, and it's been a reliable companion for maintenance tasks. The textured surface has helped prevent slippage and made it easier to get the job done safely. It's not the most premium product I've used, but it gets the job done and is easy to use - exactly what I needed for my garage.

These lift arm cushioning pads are meant for covering a very specific size lift arm end on some brands of twin-post vehicle lifts. If you check the description page, one of the pictures is an accurate diagram of the size and shape of these pads with all the measurements given in millimeters. If the top of your existing lift arm end is 108mm in diameter and flat, these will fit over the steel and provide a tough, yet flexible, lifting surface that will cushion the vehicle’s contact points from scratches and maybe small dents. The rubber is thick and textured on top to grip the underbody contact points and should provide safe lifting. When you unpack these they have a very strong typical “tire rubber” smell which will dissipate after some time in the open air.If I have any quibbles, it is about the seller not taking the time to carefully write their description page. They want to sell product, but do not put in the effort to be careful and accurate in what they show in their description of the product. For instance, the title of the page says, “115mm Diameter Car Jack Rubber Pad Frame Protector”, yet the dimension picture says it is 120mm.Also, in the description the verbiage says, “The pad's textured surface helps prevent slippage and ensures a secure hold on the vehicle's tire.” I cannot see any way that you would use these to lift a vehicle by its tires. It would be dangerous to do this, as a twin-post lift is always used to lift the body, chassis, or frame, but never the tires. So these are fine if they fit your specific twin-post lift pads. I caution other users to be very careful about using these in application that they were not designed and constructed for, as my 40+ years in the vehicle repair business taught me just how important it is to always have tight fitting and well braced lifting equipment and avoid anything that could move or slip when the weight of the vehicle is restring on it.

The Universal Car Lift Jack Stand Rubber Pads are a fantastic addition to my automotive toolkit. With a 115mm diameter, these pads fit perfectly under my jack stands, providing excellent stability and support. They protect the vehicle's frame from damage during lifting, which is a crucial feature I appreciate. The rubber material is durable and non-slip, ensuring the pads stay in place while I work on my car. They are also easy to clean and store, making them a practical choice for any car enthusiast or professional mechanic. If you're looking for a reliable solution to protect your vehicle during maintenance, I highly recommend these rubber pads!
