Très jolies étiquettes papier. Très belle qualité de papier.. très épais vraiment très agréablement surprise. Jolies couleurs (nuancées) jolis détails.

These gift tags/ scrap book bits come in four individual match box style boxes. I’m not sure why. I guess you could give the boxes as gifts to crafty friends? The colours are based around neutral tones, and the tags in each pack coordinate well with each other. Some are hole punched, but mainly they are not. The paper quality is very nice…they have a hand made paper look to them. The print is subtle, and in some cases too small to read, but as part of the overall design it works well. I think these would take colour well, if you wanted to add pen or watercolour. I think they are especially well suited to calligraphy, and would actually make very nice mismatched name place markers for a wedding.

Description:The Mayplous scrapbooking tags arrive in a pack of four coloured “matchboxes”. Each box contains 30 tags (which is 10 different designs and 3 of each design). They are colour themed, and made from what feels like handmade paper.It is clearly stated (several times !) in the description that these are “mini sizes” measuring approx. 5 cms x 7 cms. They are in varying shapes (rectangle, tag, oval)Opinion:One of my favourite styles in cardmaking and crafting is “Vintage”, I also love botanical images, so these fit in perfectly with my personal taste. The colours are lovely delicate pastel shades. The paper they are made from feels handmade, and is quite substantial. The designs do have relief to them, so they are tactile.To me they are perfect for scrapbooking or for using as toppers on handmade cards. The only criticism I would have, is that the writing on many of the tags is illegible either due to it being miniscule or just too pale. This is a pity, as although they are small, there would still have been space to make the text readable (as is the case with some of them).Some of the tags have lines on them, making them perfect for journalling, and some have punched holes meaning you could thread ribbon or lace through them. Many of them have the space to include extra embellishments, so the possibilities are endless.Despite the issue of the text, I do love this set, and will have great pleasure making special handmade items from these tags. The designs, colours, and quality of the paper are excellent.They will enhance any crafter’s stash, and would also made a lovely gift for a crafty friend.Thank you for reading and I hope my review has proved helpful.
